Key Responsibilities
Plan Hiring: Meet with managers to learn about open jobs and required skills.
Write Job Posts: Create clear and appealing job descriptions.
Source Talent: Search for active and passive candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Screen Resumes: Review applications to find qualified matches.
Conduct Interviews: Run initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to check skills and culture fit.
Coordinate Schedules: Set up meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
Make Offers: Handle job offers and salary negotiations.
Onboard Hires: Help new workers settle into the company.

Requirements & Skills
Experience: 2+ years of work in recruitment or human resources.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Communication: Great listening and speaking skills.
Tech Skills: Know how to use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and MS Office.
Organization: Ability to handle many open roles at the same time
