Job Title: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.

• Utilize job portals effectively to source suitable candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong network through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

• Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to determine recruitment needs.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ communication and technical abilities.

• Handle salary negotiations and finalize offers with selected candidates.

• Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates on hiring status.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

• Good LinkedIn networking and sourcing skills

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
