Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and the capability to identify and attract top talent across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Follow up with shortlisted candidates
Maintain recruitment database and MIS reports
Manage offer roll-out and onboarding coordination
Build and maintain talent pipeline
Required Skills:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment cycle
Experience working on job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
Ability to work under target-based environment
Strong negotiation skills

Graduate
