Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to on boarding).
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for further rounds.
Maintain recruitment tracker and database of candidates.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales and site teams.
Ensure smooth on boarding of new hires.
Assist in other HR activities when required.
