Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to on boarding).

 Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.

 Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

 Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for further rounds.

 Maintain recruitment tracker and database of candidates.

 Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

 Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.

 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales and site teams.

 Ensure smooth on boarding of new hires.

 Assist in other HR activities when required.
