Job Description

  • Strategy & Planning:

    Partner with hiring managers to define roles, create JDs, and develop recruitment strategies. 

  • Sourcing:

    Post ads, use social media (LinkedIn), networks, and referrals to find candidates. 

  • Screening & Interviewing:

    Review applications, conduct phone/video/in-person interviews, administer assessments, and present qualified candidates. 

  • Candidate Management:

    Communicate with candidates, manage the ATS, and ensure a positive experience. 

  • Offer & Onboarding:

    Negotiate offers, conduct background checks, and assist with new hire onboarding. 

  • Compliance:

    Stay updated on employment laws and maintain records.
