Hiring: HR Executive – Bhiwadi Location

We are looking for a HR Executive to manage our operations in Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate should be a local resident and own a bike for daily commuting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing manpower and ensure smooth operations.

• Hire 25 to 50 candidates through pamphlet distribution, referrals, or by sourcing from other companies.

• Generate daily leads for new business opportunities.

• Ensure regular reporting and coordination with the central team.

Requirements:

• Local candidate (Bhiwadi or nearby)

• Around 30 years of age

• Must own a bike

• Prior experience in manpower hiring or fieldwork preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Net Take Home (NTH): ₹15 to 18k NTH

• Fixed Conveyance: ₹1,500/month

• Monthly Incentives – Performance-based, up to ₹10,000
