We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle – from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Discussing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers.
Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them.
Source and attract qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conducts phone interviews to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates.
Assess candidates' skills and experience to determine their fit for the role.
Manage the hiring process from start to finish.
Track and report on hiring metrics.
Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies.
Qualification Criteria:
Graduation is compulsory (in any relevant field)
Age criteria is 21 to 27 year
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Networking and convincing power.
