HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
1. Job Posting: Create and post job ads on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
3. Resume Screening: Review resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates that match the job requirements.
4. Interviews: Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
5. Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate candidate performance and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
6. Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
7. Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits.
8. Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
