📌 Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding Hiring Needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements.
Create or update job descriptions and specifications.
2. Sourcing Candidates
Post job openings on job boards, social media, company careers pages, etc.
Use databases, headhunting, social networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and employee referrals to source candidates.
3. Screening & Shortlisting
Review resumes and applications.
Conduct initial screening calls or interviews.
Shortlist candidates for interviews with department heads or managers.
4. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate technical or task-based assessments if needed.
5. Candidate Evaluation
Gather feedback from interviewers.
Assist in decision-making processes.
Conduct background checks and reference checks.
6. Offer Management
Draft and extend job offers.
Negotiate salaries and other employment terms with candidates.
7. Onboarding Support
Work with HR operations or administration to facilitate smooth onboarding.
Ensure all hiring documentation is completed.
8. Maintaining Records
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Generate reports on hiring metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.
9. Employer Branding
