We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles within the organization. The role involves sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and evaluating candidates based on technical and organizational requirements. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 along with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update job descriptions for IT and technical roles.
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds.
• Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.
• Shortlist candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of technical profiles and hiring processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and resume databases.
• Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
