We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and help attract top talent to our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various functions and levels. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define job descriptions
Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and databases
Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and schedule interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams
Enhance employer branding through social media and other platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 6 months of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools
Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards
