Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent.
Draft and post job ads across platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and coordinate interviews.
Manage offers, onboarding, and candidate experience.
Track and report recruitment metrics.
Administration
Oversee daily office operations and supplies.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Schedule meetings and support HR events.
Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
Act as a point of contact for employee HR/admin queries.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree
Experience: 1+ years of experience in HR recruiting and administrative support roles.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
