• End-to-end recruitment for bulk & lateral hiring
• Sourcing candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & referrals
• Screening, scheduling interviews & follow-ups
• Handling walk-in drives and daily joining targets
• Coordinating with clients & internal teams
• Maintaining recruitment data & MIS
