We are hiring an HR Recruiter Trainee to join our growing recruitment team at Talent Corp Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Chakan, Pune.

Job Title: HR Recruiter Trainee

Location: Chakan, Pune

Salary: ₹15,000 ₹18,000 per month

Only Female Candidates

ABOUT THE ROLE:-

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with basic HR knowledge to build a strong career in recruitment. You will work closely with senior HR professionals and learn the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the database
Explain job openings, profiles, and company details to candidates
Conduct basic telephonic screening to check eligibility
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up on interview attendance, offer status, and joining formalities
Maintain daily calling reports and update candidate records
Support bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives
Assist senior recruiters in sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

Education: Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Experience: Freshers can apply | HR/Recruitment experience is a plus

SKILLS REQUIRED

Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with tele-calling and regular follow-ups
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Willingness to learn HR & recruitment processes
Basic computer knowledge | MS Excel is an advantage
