Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter – Non-IT to join our job consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various Non-IT roles across industries like manufacturing, retail, FMCG, logistics, BPO, banking, healthcare, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements for Non-IT roles across various domains.

• Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), social media, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.

• Maintain candidate database and keep records of all interactions.

• Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure successful closures.

• Maintain recruitment reports and share updates with management regularly.

• Ensure a high level of client and candidate satisfaction through professional communication and follow-ups.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
