Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination).

Support onboarding & induction of new hires.

Maintain & update HR databases and employee records.

Contribute to employee engagement activities & HR events.

Draft HR documents, letters, and policies.

Research HR best practices & support process improvement.
