Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in Blue Collar profiles for PAN India hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, proven sourcing skills through personal networks and references, and excellent communication abilities in both Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment of Blue Collar workforce across PAN India.

• Source candidates exclusively through references, existing networks, and internal contacts.

• Conduct interviews, screening, and shortlisting of suitable candidates.

• Coordinate with operations and site teams to understand manpower requirements.

• Ensure timely on boarding and documentation.

• Maintain updated recruitment trackers and reports.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Blue Collar recruitment.

• Sourcing Expertise: Must recruit only through references and personal/professional networks. No job portal sourcing.

• Language: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).

• Travel Flexibility: Willing to coordinate and recruit across PAN India locations.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of manpower sourcing strategies for Blue Collar profiles.

• Ability to build a solid reference-based hiring network.

• Good documentation and follow-up skills.
