Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment experience
Age: At least 22 years
Education: Graduate (any discipline)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers in Excel
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives if required
Skills & Competencies:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple requirements
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
