Responsibilites

1.     Planning, implementing and execution of recruitment and selection process of market and in-house staff.

2.     Plan and conduct new employee orientation.

3.     Identify and manage training and development needs for employees.

4.     Mass hiring and conducting telephonic first round interview through calling.

5.     Support salary review and negotiations.

6.     Implementing and monitoring performance HR-management system.

7.     Review and update employee rules and regulations.

8.     Maintain the employee database & documentation.

9.     Execution and evaluation of performance appraisal and increment of the employee.

10. Producing proper feedback about the market employees to the Marketing/immediate Manager.

11. Proper meeting with calling process to recruit and hire of new candidates as per responsibilities assigned by the company.

12. Making sure that the employees working in market will achieve target.

13. Picking of right person for right job.

14. You shall carry out the job as HR -Executive and such other jobs connected with or incidental to which is necessary for the business of the company.

15. As HR-Executive, you are responsible to keep all the calling sheet, feedback sheet, reporting sheet, appraisal sheet and data sheet with you.
