HR Description – HR Recruiter: Sumway Global Management Private Limited is hiring an HR Recruiter with up to 2 years of experience in BPO recruitment and regional language hiring. The candidate should have experience handling recruitment for BPO roles and regional language profiles such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth hiring operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling Voice & Non-Voice BPO hiring, sourcing through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins, coordinating with internal teams, and completing documentation and joining formalities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, and the ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment.
