Designation: HR Consultant.

Job profile:

Recruitment:

1. Sourcing and screening candidates from Naukri portal, Job hai, linked in etc.

2. Creating artworks of job posting and publishing the same on different platforms.

3. Job postings on different sites.

4. Scheduling interviews of the candidates, taking follow ups for feedback.

5. Follow up for offer letter, offer negotiations, document collection etc.

6. Reporting.

Client Acquisition:

1. Searching the clients on different job portals.

2. Creating database of clients.

3. Approaching the clients for recruitment, PF, ESIC, Payroll, HR Operations outsourcing work.

4. Sending agreements and taking follow ups.

Requirement:

- Female candidate.

- Candidate should be out spoken.

- Good at English speaking.

- Under graduate can also apply.
