Key Responsibilities:

HR Recruitment Duties:

• Create, update, and maintain job descriptions for various roles.

• Source and engage candidates through online platforms (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, social media).

• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate assessments.

• Advertise job openings through effective digital channels.

• Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate with internal managers for final selection.

• Maintain candidate databases and track the recruitment pipeline.

Female Marketing Coordination Duties (Real Estate Focus):

• Hiring Real estate agents

• Coordinate the agents and guide them to source the land from their Home town

• Collect the land from Real estate agents and cross verify the lands

• Submitted to the manager , if the land got selected you receive (5000k to 10000 incentives + salary )

Male Marketing Coordination Duties (Real Estate Focus):

• Hiring Real estate agents

• Coordinate the agents and guide them to source the land from their Home town

• Collect the land from Real estate agents and cross verify the lands

• Visit the land company taken care of full expenses charge

• Visit districts Chennai to Pudukottai

• Submitted to the manager , if the land got selected you receive (5000k to 10000 incentives + salary )

• Salary : 15000 -20000 take home
