Recruiter cum Marketing Coordinator (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter cum Marketing Coordinator (Female) to join our growing team. This is a dual role that combines end-to-end recruitment responsibilities with land sourcing and marketing coordination to support the business needs of our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from job posting to candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. You will play a key role in identifying the right talent, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and ensuring smooth hiring operations.

As a Marketing Coordinator, your focus will be on land sourcing through online searches, property owner communication, and site qualification. You will help build and maintain a database of verified land opportunities and support the management team in decision-making with detailed reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Create, update, and maintain job descriptions for different roles within the organization.

  • Post job openings on portals such as Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.

  • Source and engage candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with managers and department heads.

  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers for reporting purposes.

  • Build strong employer branding through social media postings and online engagement.

  • Collaborate with managers to forecast and plan future hiring needs.

Marketing – Land Sourcing

  • Conduct online research on property portals like MagicBricks, 99acres, OLX, and others to identify potential land opportunities.

  • Reach out to landlords and property owners via phone, email, and messaging to collect and verify details.

  • Gather essential data including land location, size, ownership status, price, legal clearances, and zoning information.

  • Maintain an organized database of qualified land listings with updated details.

  • Share verified land leads with managers for further evaluation and negotiation.

  • Prepare summary reports and presentation decks highlighting shortlisted land opportunities.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on market trends, land availability, pricing fluctuations, and local development news.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment, marketing, real estate coordination, or related roles.

  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages.

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities (recruitment + marketing).

  • Good knowledge of online job portals and real estate listing platforms.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report and presentation preparation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both candidates and property owners.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
