Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Company: Stemford India Private Limited

This role is ideal for someone with prior consultancy experience and strong sourcing skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals

Create and manage job postings across platforms

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure closures

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment consultancy

Practical knowledge of job portals and hiring tools

Strong communication and coordination abilities

Responsible and proactive work attitude

Job Details:

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (In-hand)

Location: Dwarka More (Near Metro – Pillar No. 797)

Working Days: 5.5 Days (Saturday Half Day, Sunday Fixed Off)
