About the Company

Sridhi Ventures is a growing food manufacturing company involved in the production and supply of fresh Idly & Dosa Batter to hotels, restaurants, catering companies, hospitals, hostels, messes, and corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and sourcing of candidates for various vacancies.

• Screen resumes and contact candidates for interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and management.

• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details.

• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related matters.

• Follow up with candidates until they join the company.

• Assist with daily HR administration and reporting.

• Communicate with Kannada- and Telugu-speaking candidates and employees.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Knowledge of Kannada and Telugu is mandatory.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to handle recruitment calls and candidate follow-ups.

• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000, based on experience and skills.
