Position: HR ExecutiveDepartment: Recruitment & StaffingLocation: KharadiExperience: 1-2 years (Recruitment/Staffing preferred)Key Responsibilities1. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.2. Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, hiring needs, and role expectations.3. Schedule and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person).4. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.5.
