As an HR Fresher, you'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting with candidate sourcing and screening

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities

• Supporting the onboarding process for new hires

• Maintaining HR records and databases

• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives

• Supporting various HR projects as needed

What we're looking for:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.

• Basic understanding of HR principles is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
