Location: Remote / Work From Home
Position: HR Recruiter (Non-IT)
Compensation: ₹3,000 – ₹12,000 (During 3-Month Probation)
Experience Required: 6 Months – 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles including BPO, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Field positions
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other channels
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments
Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth execution of the recruitment lifecycle
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
Requirements:
Proven experience in hiring for BPO, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Field roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Demonstrated passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
