Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive HR Executive (Manpower Consultancy) to handle the complete recruitment process for construction and industrial job roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and deploying candidates to various clients while ensuring smooth communication and timely closures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Handle end-to-end recruitment for manpower (operators, technicians, supervisors, etc.) across multiple projects.
•Understand client requirements and share suitable profiles within timelines.
•Source candidates using job portals, internal database, references, and field networks.
•Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interviews or trade tests.
•Manage joining formalities and documentation for selected candidates.
•Maintain and update candidate and client databases.
•Coordinate with clients for feedback, requirements, and manpower replacement.
•Assist in onboarding, attendance, and basic HR operations if required.
•Prepare weekly recruitment and deployment reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
•0–2 years of experience in manpower consultancy or recruitment firm.
•Knowledge of construction/manpower industry will be an added advantage.
•Excellent communication and coordination skills.
•Good understanding of sourcing platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
•Ability to handle multiple requirements under pressure.
•Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
