We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
Understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer status
Support onboarding and documentation process for new hires
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures
