Key Responsibilities:
Identify hiring needs and create job postings
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus
