We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring, building strong relationships, and supporting the company’s recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams
Maintain candidate databases and follow up regularly
Support end-to-end recruitment activities
Assist in HR documentation and daily HR tasks

Requirements:

Any degree (HR background is a plus but not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
