HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidates.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiate salaries and discuss employment terms with selected candidates.

• Coordinate the offer and joining process.

• Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

For Freshers

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Willingness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

For Experienced Candidates

• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.

• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.

• Strong knowledge of screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.

• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

• Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience in maintaining recruitment MIS and hiring reports will be an advantage.
