Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update the candidate database
Ensure a smooth candidate experience
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
Stay updated on market trends and hiring best practices
