• Conduct background checks and manage candidate follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using resume databases and various sourcing techniques.

• Good judgment, decision-making ability, and attention to detail.
