HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and following up with candidates.

• Handle multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures as per assigned targets.

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure proper follow-up until joining.

• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and daily work reports.

• Coordinate with the internal team and ensure smooth execution of assigned hiring requirements.

• Work effectively in a startup environment, where flexibility, ownership, speed, and adaptability are important.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets and consistently deliver against assigned hiring requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to build a career in recruitment may also be considered.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and convincing skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Must be target-oriented, disciplined, and result-driven.

• Should be comfortable with rigorous training and performance monitoring.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining proper coordination with the team.

• Laptop/Desktop and a stable internet connection are mandatory for Work From Home.

Training & Performance Expectations

• The role involves rigorous training, and candidates are expected to actively participate and demonstrate continuous learning.

• Meeting assigned recruitment targets is an important part of the role.

• During the training period, leave will generally not be permitted, except in cases of genuine sickness/medical emergencies, subject to approval.

• Consistent attendance, punctuality, discipline, and active participation during training are mandatory.

Work From Home – Mandatory Expectations

For WFH employees, the following are strictly expected:

• Proper attendance and timely login.

• Professional communication with candidates, clients, and team members.

• Availability during assigned working hours.

• Daily work reporting and timely updates.

• Professional conduct and adherence to company processes.

• Strong work ethics, accountability, and discipline are mandatory.

• Employees must have a functional laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection.

Incentives

• Performance-based incentives will be provided for each successful hiring/selection, subject to the applicable company incentive policy and eligibility criteria.

• Additional incentives may be applicable based on monthly performance and achievement of assigned targets.
