Job Profile Talent Acquisition Specialist (alias hiring specialist alias Recruiter)
a. Leading Corporate and Multi-National Companies are our clients.
They give us their Manpower Requirements for different locations across the country e.g. they might need Managers, Sr. Managers, VPs, at different levels in different cities.
b. We Search and Source suitable candidates for our clients from our own internal database,
references and different Job Portals (Like Naukri.com, Shine.com, Linkedin.com etc).
c. We get CVs from all the sources and do proper analysis;
d. After analysis; we call suitable candidates to check the credentials and interest for the open
job with our client also we take references from the candidates for further sourcing.\
e. After Analysis + Scanning over calls; we send Suitable candidates for interview with client
and follow the processes till candidate joins Client office.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top NON-IT talent.
Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to
find and engage potential candidates.
Build and maintain a strong network of NON-IT professionals.
B. Candidate Management:
Conduct thorough pre-screening and interviews to assess candidates’ skills,
experience, and cultural fit.
Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the
recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
C. Recruitment Administration:
Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate
information and job status.
Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and
performance. Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related policies and procedures.
D. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best
practices in NON-IT recruitment.
Conduct market research to understand competitive compensation packages
and job market trends.
E. Brand Representation:
Represent Skillkart at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions.
