HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing & Attraction:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other recruiting methods.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Screening & Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

  • Provide timely feedback to candidates following interviews.

• Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear expectations and feedback.

  • Guide candidates through the offer negotiation and onboarding processes.

• Job Posting & Advertising:

  • Create compelling and accurate job descriptions and post them on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruiting best practices.

• Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team needs.

  • Advise and assist hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.

  • Assist in refining job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

• Data Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports as required.

• Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to hiring practices.

  • Stay informed on the latest recruitment laws and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally with experience in recruiting for a range of roles.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Familiarity with various recruiting platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS systems).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
