HR Recruiter

• Source candidates for housekeeping, cleaners, helpers, security, electricians, and other support roles.

• Build strong networks with labor contractors, local job consultants, and training institutes.

• Conduct interviews and screening to assess candidates' skills and suitability.

• Coordinate with operation teams for manpower forecasting and deployment.

• Manage job postings on portals, social media, and offline channels (e.g. camps, referrals).

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.

• Ensure timely hiring and joining as per site/client requirements.

• Handle onboarding documentation, verification, and orientation.

• Experience in facility management, housekeeping, or manpower supply companies.

• Local candidates with field recruitment experience will be preferred.
