Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting cold calls, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Perform cold calling to connect with potential candidates and build talent pipelines.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition (TA) process from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to support future hiring needs.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in cold calling and candidate engagement.
Basic understanding of recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals is preferred.
