Job Title: HR Recruiter (Work from Home – Initial 2 Months)

Location: Work from Home (First 2 Months)

Post 2 Months: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Office:- Karol bagh delhi

Timing:-10-6:00

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn ,social media, and references

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and regular follow-ups

Achieve monthly hiring targets

Hiring Targets:

Minimum 5 successful closures per month

Incentives will be provided after achieving targets

Key Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

Good verbal and written communication

Basic understanding of recruitment process

Ability to work independently from home

Familiarity with job portals

Experienced candidates apply
