Cold calling candidates from job portals/databases

Screening and shortlisting profiles

Referring suitable candidates to client companies

Coordinating interviews and follow-ups

Maintaining recruitment records and tracking progress

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Salary up to ₹20,000/month

Plus performance-based incentives

Final salary depends on last drawn salary, communication skills, and interview performance
