We are looking for a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter with a background in recruitment consulting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring for non-technical roles and will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment cycle for Non-IT roles across various industries.
Source candidates using multiple channels (portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with clients for further rounds.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream; HR specialization preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment from a consulting background.
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
