Job Title: HR Recruiter
Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000/month (based on experience)
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience Required: 0-2 years in recruitment/HR
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for all profiles at JM Looks. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing daily hiring meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for multiple profiles across departments
- Source and screen candidates via job portals: Apna, Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct daily hiring meetings for different open positions
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker in Excel
- Follow up with candidates through the entire hiring process till onboarding
- Coordinate documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities
- Meet monthly hiring targets and timelines
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Apna, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals
- Strong communication, screening, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple roles at once
- Good knowledge of MS Excel for data tracking and reporting
- Organized, target-driven, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in recruitment/HR is an advantage
