Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Telecalling

Call candidates who apply for open job positions

Explain job roles and basic details to candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Maintain simple records of candidate follow-ups and interview status

Good communication skills in Hindi

Comfortable speaking with candidates on phone

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp)

Responsible and detail-oriented
