Proactively "headhunt" passive candidates through social media, networking, and professional databases.
Attend career fairs and networking events to build a talent pipeline.
Review resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess cultural fit, technical skills, and salary expectations.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates.
Perform background checks and verify professional references.
