Job Title: HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Job postings and resume shortlisting
- Coordinating with candidates for face to-face interviews
2. Documentation:
- Preparing agreements, appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, increment letters, and release letters
3. Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle from on boarding to full and final settlement
4. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitoring employee performance and following up on CRM software
5. Payroll and Compliance:
- Knowledge of payroll processing and compliance management (PF, ESI, PTAX, TDS)
6. Interpersonal and Administrative Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office package
- Ability to handle teams and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
- Prior experience of 1-4 years in HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Knowledge in Email.
Qualification: Graduate or MBA in Hr
