Position: HR Recruiter

Location: [Delhi, Shalimar bagh]

Job Purpose:

To manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization, ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates for all positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.

• Conduct interviews (telephonic / video / face-to-face) and assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other relevant channels.

• Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and provide feedback.

• Assist in onboarding of selected candidates in coordination with HR team.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Requirements / Skills:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house).

• Good understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Note:

This role is purely recruitment-focused. The HR Recruiter is not responsible for payroll, employee relations, training, compliance, or other HR functions.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
