We are now hiring a Female Counsellor to join our front-office team and contribute to building student success stories from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct counselling sessions (in-person and telephonic) to understand student needs and suggest suitable courses

• Provide complete information on course details, fees, batch timings, and career outcomes

• Manage the admission process – form filling, fee tracking, document management, and student registration

• Coordinate with trainers to manage class schedules, batch allotments, and attendance

• Follow up with leads and inquiries regularly for conversions
  

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream

• Gender: Female

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, online forms, etc.)

• Prior experience in academic counselling, front desk, or administration will be an added advantage

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
