We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment data and candidate records
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Good understanding of HR policies and employment laws
Experience in bulk or lateral hiring
Familiarity with HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
1–4 years of experience in recruitment (flexible based on role requirements)
